IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge GT4 Professional Driver

Gordon Scully

About me

From his late introduction to racing in 2021, Gordon Scully has rapidly ascended the ranks in the motor racing world. His initial year was marked by intensive training, culminating in the acquisition of his SCCA license. 2022 was a testament to Gordon’s mettle and talent. Whether it was braving the challenging conditions at Sebring International Speedway, securing podium finishes at Road Atlanta, or showcasing his adaptability in a Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport MR during endurance races, Gordon proved he’s a force to be reckoned with. His debut year was further highlighted by consistent top-tier performances in the Lucas Oil Racing School’s championship series. Now, after a triumphant season with VRD in the USF2000 Championship Series in 2023, Gordon stands as a testament to dedication and skill, ready to take on the challenges that come his way in the 2024 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Championship following a move to the recently introduced Czabok Simpson Motorport (CSM) racing team. Piloting the #67 IMSA Porsche Cayman GT4 RS, Gordon will battle some of sports car racing’s fiercest and experienced drivers for the championship win.

How I Work

PitFit Training

Gordon collaborates remotely with PitFit's experts for tailored workouts and injury prevention. With five years of daily training, PitFit's specialized routines ensure Gordon's optimal race preparation.

Hypertrophy Training

Starting in high school, Gordon embraced daily weightlifting and bodybuilding. His college years deepened his understanding of training and recovery, giving him an edge in intense races.

Simulator Training

With track expenses and testing limits, Gordon turns to racing simulators. Leveraging accessible technology, he uses a basic simulator setup for event preparation.

What I drive

I drive a USF2000 car based on the Tatuus IP22 Chassis. These cars are faster than an F4 car hitting top-track speeds of 160+ MPH, & best known for taking corners fast with custom-tailored wings to cut through the wind, saving me time every lap. Take a look at an interactive 3D view of my car at the Portland Grandprix made possible by XSpada.
